Toyama"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では,2019年4月より政策として導入された働き方改革が実効性を示しているのかを検討する。その際に,働き方改革そのものの指標として,帰宅時刻の早期化や残業時間の減少の実態を調査する。また,働き方改革がワークライフ・バランスを回復したかどうかの指標として,父親の育児時間が増加したかを検討する。調査の結果,働き方改革の効果を実感している父親ほど,育児時間が増加している傾向が示された。さらに父親に対する自由記述からは,働き方改革や人事異動・配置転換といった雇用環境の変化だけでなく,父親自身が育児に積極的に関わろうとする意識の変化も示された。しかし働き方改革を実感している父親は3割未満であったため,今後の働き方改革の充実が望まれる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"富山大学人間発達科学部紀要,
