富山大学人間発達科学研究実践総合センター紀要"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"教員の精神疾患による病気休職者の増加に伴い，教員のメンタルヘルスが注目されている。本研究では，ソーシャルサポートが教師のバーンアウト傾向に与える影響が，自己決定の欲求によって調整されるか否かを検討した。その結果，教師のバーンアウトの中核要素である情緒的消耗感において，道具的サポートと自己決定の欲求の交互作用項が影響を与えることが示された。この結果は，自己決定への欲求が低くなっている教師，すなわち自分のことを自分で決めたいと思えなくなっている教師ほど，道具的サポートの提供を受けることが，かえって情緒的消耗感を高めていた。また，情緒的消耗感においても，情緒的サポートと自己決定の交互作用項の影響が見られ，自己決定への欲求が低下しながらも情緒的に支えられている感覚がない教師の情緒的消耗感が最も高まることが示された。これらの結果は，教師のバーンアウトを支えるサポートの効果が自己決定や自律性の程度によっても影響を受けることを示唆していた。最後に，今後の教師のバーンアウトをどのように防ぐかについて考察がなされた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"教育実践研究
