富山大学人間発達科学研究実践総合センター紀要"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年,教員の大量退職・大量採用時代を迎え,教員の経験年数の均衡が顕著に崩れ始め,かつてのように先輩教員から若手教員への知識・技能の伝承をうまく図ることができない状況にある。特に特別支援学校においては,児童生徒の多様なニーズに向き合うための専門性とチーム・アプローチが求められていることから,若手教員の専門性育成とチームによる支援の促進を目的とした若手教員研修の在り方について検討することを目的とした。本研究では,教室の中で気になる子の支援を考える際に,教師はどういった情報をもとに子どもの困難を見立てるのかを,1)若手教員とベテラン教員の視点の違いに着目して検討することと,2)若手教員のニーズに合わせた校内研修を提案・実施したのちに情報収集の視点に変化が生じるかを検討した。その結果,ベテラン教員はより多くの視点から情報を得ようとしていること,特にリソースに着目する視点と機能的アセスメントを試みようとする視点により着目することが示された。その後,若手教員に対してABAの視点,ICFの視点,リソースの視点,チームによる支援の在り方についての研修を実施し,若手教員の研修前・研修後の視点の変化を検討したところ,より細かく情報を得ようとしていることと,子どものリソースを探ろうとしている視点が増えたことが明らかになった。以上の結果を踏まえ,若手教員研修の在り方について考察した。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"教育実践研究
