Toyama"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究の目的は年2回の授業研究の経験が高校英語教師の省察にどのような影響を与えるのかを探究することである。1.教師は授業参観中何に注目しているのか,2.協議会で授業の事実に基づいて問題指摘,代案の提示を行っているか,3.授業改善への意識が高まり,授業研究を通して学んだことを授業に取り入れているか,の3点を明らかにする。研究協力者はX県の研究拠点校に指定された4高校に勤務する14名の英語教師である。14名はぞれぞれの学校で実施された授業研究に春秋2回参加し,2回目の授業研究の取組後に5件法のアンケートに回答した。その結果,高校教師は参観において,教師の教え方だけでなく,生徒の学びの姿にも注目していることが分かった。ただ,授業の事実に基づく解釈や代案の提示などはまだ十分に行われているとは言えない状況であった。また,授業研究を通して授業改善への意識は高まったものの実際の授業への活用には高いハードルがあることも分かった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"富山大学人間発達科学部紀要,
