Toyama"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"富山県に在住する小学生・中学生(2028名)を対象に,生活習慣・食生活習慣と心身の健康との関連を検討し,食生活の見直しや指導のための手立てを探ることを目的とした。その結果,心身の健康において,就寝時刻,運動頻度,TV視聴時間,朝食の欠食といった基本的な生活習慣の重要性が確認された。また,様々な食生活習慣の中で,低学年では食事の手伝いをすること,しっかり噛んで食べること,高学年と中学生では家族との食事が楽しいことに有意な関連が認められた(p<0.001)。発達段階に応じた食生活の見直しや効果的な指導の一助となることが期待される。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"富山大学人間発達科学部紀要,
