富山大学人間発達科学研究実践総合センター紀要"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では，現職の教員を対象にインタビューを行い，(A)「問題行動」に限定しない形で生徒指導について問うた場合，すべての生徒に対応した実践が語られる，(B)生徒指導の概念（イメージ）について，自己指導力の育成といったより積極的な側面について語られる，の2点を検証した。教員歴13年目の小学校教諭（男性）に，(1)過去に行った生徒指導の具体例，(2)生徒指導の上手な（下手な）先生，(3)生徒指導の課題，(4)生徒指導のイメージの変化，(5)学生のうちに学んでおくべきこと，(6)生徒指導とは何か，を質問した。(1)について，特別支援教育への示唆，特に個別ニーズを考慮しつつ子どもの実態を把握すること，および周囲と子どもとの関係性，が語られた。(2)について，すべての生徒に対する生徒指導の具体例が語られた。(3)について，生徒指導体制（特に役割分担）の構築の必要性が語られた。(4)について，チームで動くことの重要性が語られた。(5)について，発達障害の知識，子どもと関わる感覚，困った時に相談できるコミュニケーションカが語られた。また，専門機関とつなぐ専門性が課題として挙げられた。(6)について，子どもの学校生活がより充実したものになっていくために，問題が見られない子に対しての生徒指導の重要性，特に中学年でのあえて課題を与える実践，が語られた。このことより，生徒指導は問題行動への対処といった側面だけでなく，「子どもがよりよく学校生活を送る」ことを目標とした教育実践として捉えられることが示唆された。さらに，そのような生徒指導を行っていく上で，教員間の責任・役割分担，専門機関と学校をつなぐ専門性，困った時に相談できる教員間コミュニケーションの重要性が見出された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"教育実践研究
