Toyama"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は，主に質問紙を用いて自己制御を検討した研究をレビューし，その現状と課題について検討した。具体的には，（Ⅰ）どのような質問紙が開発されているのか，（Ⅱ）どのような行動との関連が示されているのか，の2つを明らかにすることを目的とした。（Ⅰ）について1980年代までの自己制御を測定するための質問紙は，「子ども」と「大人」に分けられていたが，2000年代以降は「幼児期以前」を対象にしたもの，「思春期」および「青年期」を対象にしたものなどかつてよりも多様な年齢を対象にしていた。また，2000年以降の自己制御研究には，大きく“気質レベルの自己制御”と“能力レベルの自己制御”の2つの立場が存在することが明らかになった。しかし，発達の関連性については，1980年代の研究と同様に明らかになっておらず，2000年代に報告された知見を踏まえて，さらなる検討が必要であることが示唆された。（Ⅱ）について，低い自己制御は，社会的側面においても個人的側面においても，様々な問題行動や依存症と繋がることが明らかとなった。また，個人的側面においては，高すぎる自己制御が様々な身体的および心理的問題と関連することが明らかになった。つまり，社会的場面においては高い自己制御の発揮が求められるが，個人内においては，高すぎないが低すぎない適度な自己制御の発揮が重要であることが示唆された。しかし，「高すぎる」もしくは「低すぎる」という基準がなく，曖昧な表現であることから，「適度」な自己制御について明らかにすることが今後の課題である。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"富山大学人間発達科学部紀要,
