Life"}]}]},"item_2_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【目的】薬物やアルコール依存症からの回復を目指すリハビリテーションを行う上で、ハームリダクションという考え方がある。これは、違法薬物の使用をただ禁止するのではなく、必要に応じ使用を許容ことによって健康上のあるいは社会・経済的な悪影響を減少させることを目的とする。一方、日本の政策においては薬物乱用防止や検挙に主眼が置かれており、行政は十分な薬物依存回復支援を行っているとはいえない。実際の依存症からの回復支援はDARC等の民間団体が主翼を担っている。今回、これらの団体における依存症リハビリテーション支援がどのように実践されているのかハームリダクションの概念を軸に実態調査を行い、依存症回復を妨げる要因について考察した。\n【方法】富山県で依存症回復リハビリテーション事業を行うNPO法人富山DARC（ダルク）、家族支援を行うHARP（北陸アディクションリカバリーパートナーズ）に趣旨を説明し、承諾を得てインタビューや参与観察を行った。\n【結果と考察】調査の結果、DARCでは、薬を断った後の社会生活を重視するプログラムを中心にハームリダクションが実践されていた。また行政による薬物乱用防止事業だけでは、依存症からの回復には不十分であることが確認された。さらに、依存症者本人は回復の過程で様々な困難や偏見を受けることや、依存症患者を持つ家族に対しても精神的回復のための支援が必要であることが分かった。依存症者を再犯防止ではなく依存症回復の支援につなげることが重要であり、依存症者への偏見から必要な医療を受ける機会を奪うことは避ける必要がある。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"地域生活学研究
