Toyama"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"保育職の専門家には,常に自らを省みて自らを評価する自律的な態度が必要とされる。そのため,保育者養成課程で学ぶ学生のころから,保育職としての自らのスキルを自己評価し,高めていく意欲と態度をもっていることは重要であろう。そこで,本研究では,保育者養成の学生が,保育職としての自らのスキルを自己評価することのできるチェックリストを開発することを目的とした。平成30年幼保連携型認定こども園教育・保育要領解説の乳児期の視点「身近な人と気持ちが通じ合う」と,満1歳以上満3歳未満および満3歳以上の領域「言葉」の「内容」の解説文に示されるテクニカルスキルを分析対象とした。乳児期及び満1 歳以上満3 歳未満,満3 歳以上という3 年齢区分ごとに「内容」の解説文に示されるテクニカルスキルを分類したところ,「表情」「身体」「言葉」「思考」「物的環境構成」「配慮点」の6つに分類することができた。これらのテクニカルスキルを用いて,年齢区分ごとの学生用自己評価チェックリストを作成した。本研究で開発したチェックリストを用いる際は,教員は「学修のためのアセスメント(Assessment for
