地区における在宅高齢者の食料品購入と栄養摂取量の実態を明らかにすることを目的とした.在宅高齢者62 名のうち,同意が得られた38 名(61.3%)に,食料品購入・栄養に関する意識・栄養摂取量について自記式調査を行った.そのうち,未記入がなかった26名(41.9%)について,分析を行った結果,食料品購入不便なしが86.9%,不便ありは13.1%と不便ありの割合が少なく,食料品購入の不便さと栄養摂取量には有意差はみられなかった.対象者全体の栄養摂取量は,十分な栄養摂取ができており,特にたんぱく質を多く摂取できていた.栄養に関する意識では,関心ありはなしよりエネルギー摂取量,たんぱく質,脂質,炭水化物の4 要素すべてが有意に高かった.A
