年代から取り入れられている思春期ピアカウンセリング・ピアエデュケーション活動がピアカウンセラー自身に及ぼす影響を文献研究により明らかにすることである．医学中央雑誌をデーターベースに2016 年時点での全年で「ピアカウンセラー」「ピアエデュケーション」「ピアサポート」「思春期」をキーワードにして検索し得られた55 件中，ピアカウンセラーへの影響が詳述されている質的研究7 件を分析した．文献内容をブルームらの理論を活用したイリノイ大学医学教育開発センターから提案されている分類項目を用いて認知領域（想起，解釈，問題解決），情意領域（受入れ，反応，内面化），精神運動領域（模倣，コントロール，自動化）の3 領域3 レベルにそれぞれ分類した．活動1 回のみの文献では2 領域の記述がみられるものの最終レベルには到達できていなかった．活動2 回以上の文献ではほとんどの文献が3 領域の全てにおいて最終レベルまで記述がみられた．これらのことから活動がピアカウンセラーに及ぼす影響としては事前の演習を基礎とし，2
