人を対象とし，質的記述的分析を行った．治療延期を繰り返すがん患者の思いの特徴には，【治療延期の判断は主治医に任せる】【治療延期は仕方がないと受けとめる】【治療延期に拘らず変わらない生活を送る】と判断しながらも【化学療法に賭ける】ことにより【治療延期がもたらす苦痛の回避と効果に一喜一憂する】という思いの中で揺らいでいた．これらは，【化学療法看護に期待する】【治療中の家族のサポートの必要性を実感する】ことが後押しとなり，【生活と共に治療を継続したい】ことによって，【治療延期は今後の生き方を考えさせる】という価値観を見出していた．病状の進行にかかわらず，今後の生き方について新たな価値観を見出していくケアの重要性が示唆された．","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"富山大学看護学会誌,
