physicians"}]},"item_2_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2016","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"48","bibliographicPageStart":"41","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"5","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"医療コンフリクト・マネジメント"}]}]},"item_2_description_15":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"背景：医師・歯科医師（以下「医師等」）は，業務の基盤としてだけでなく，重大なインシデントの発生や対応においても重要な役割を担うことより，高い対話能力が求められる．しかしながら，医師等の卒前・卒後教育では診療面接が主体となっており，効果的な対話能力の推進に向けた教育は行われていないのが実情である．医療コンフリクト・マネジメントの理論と技法は，紛争状況のみでなく，日常臨床における様々な場面においても有効性が期待される対話のソフトウエアであり，医師等にもその技法の習得が期待される．しかしながら，現行の医療コンフリクト・マネジメントセミナーへの医師等の参加はごく少数であり，医師等の医療コンフリクト・マネジメントに対する理解も十分とは言い難いのが実情である．\n方法：過去に医療コンフリクト・マネジメントセミナー（医療メディエーター養成講座）基礎編を修了し，平成27年８月１日の時点で日本医療メディエーター協会に認定メディエーターとして登録されている医師等230名を対象にアンケート調査を行い，医師等を対象とした研修に求められる要件の検討を行った．\n結果：115件の回答が得られ（回収率50％），96％がロールプレイを中心とした学習手法は妥当と回答した．一方，41％がロールプレイの内容は医師等に特化したものに改編が必要，66％が研修時間は８時間以下が妥当，74％が修了後には資格認定が必要との回答であった．\n考察：本調査より，医療コンフリクト・マネジメントセミナーに参加した経験を持つ医師等は，医療コンフリクト・マネジメントセミナーへの医師等の参加に対して肯定的である一方で，現行プログラムには負担感がある事が示された．医師等に向けたプログラムの策定には，現行の学習手法を維持しつつ内容を見直し，負担感を軽減することが必要と考えられた．\n結論：医療コンフリクト・マネジメントの理論と技法を医師等が効果的に習得するためには，医師等に特化した8時間程度のプログラムの策定と，修了に伴う資格の認定が必要と考えられた．","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"医療コンフリクト・マネジメント，５：41～48，2016","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"167932","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"},{"nameIdentifier":"9000003838783","nameIdentifierScheme":"CiNii
