Life"}]}]},"item_2_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2016年自殺対策基本法が改正されたことにより、各地域において自殺対策の具体的計画を策定することが定められた。これまで国が主導となってきた自殺対策は市町村が主体となり、各地域の現状に応じた更なる対策の推進が求められることとなる。今回の改正が実際の保健事業の現場においてどのように影響するのかを検討する際、現状とその課題を把握することが重要となる。そこで、我々は地域ごとの自殺対策基本法改正に対する認知度、そして地域における自殺対策の実態を把握し、さらには法律改正に伴う具体的な地域ニーズについても明らかにするため、富山県内全市町村の自殺対策担当者にヒアリング調査を実施した。調査の結果様々な課題が抽出されたが、今回の改正内容に対しては、地域に密着した取り組みや、包括的な支援を行っていこうとする姿勢についての評価が高かった。一方、課題も多く、自殺対策における活動の範囲の枠組みが明確になっていないことなど、各自治体がこれから対応していかなければならない課題も明らかになった。自殺対策基本法改正について、どの市町村も前向きな姿勢をもって取り組んでいる。しかし、日々の業務をこなしながら新たに自殺対策へも力を注ぐことには、人員、時間、資金的な問題点も多い。柔軟な対応が求められる中、県と市町村、市町村間、市町村と他の機関の間での「連携」がさらに重要になっていくと考えられる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"地域生活学研究
