年9 月～ 11 月に，A 県のがん診療連携拠点病院10 か所において自記式質問紙調査\nを行った．対象は病棟に勤務している看護師440 名であった．調査内容は，対象者の属性（経験\n年数，緩和ケアチーム活動など），在宅緩和ケアにおける病棟看護師の認識30 項目であった．分\n析方法は，30 項目について因子分析（最尤法，プロマックス回転）を行い，看護師の属性による\n因子得点の差をt 検定および一元配置の分散分析を用いて分析した．分析はSPSSver．22．0 を使\n用し，有意水準を5％とした．\n【結果】有効回答者数は，199 名（有効回答率45．2％）であった．因子分析の結果，7 因子が抽\n出された．在宅移行時に必要となる，患者の状態把握，多職種，地域との連携や理解に関しては\n認識が高かった．30 項目全体において，α＝ 0．93 と高い内的整合性が確認された．因子得点は，\n緩和ケアや在宅に関する経験の有無において有意な差が認められた．\n【結論】在宅緩和ケアに関する病棟看護師の認識については，7
