修正版グラウンデッド・セオリー・\nアプローチにより分析した.\n[結果および考察]看護専門学校教員における職業キャリア成熟の構造は,【教員キャリアの準備\n状態】,【看護師から教員への役割移行】,【教員の職務と取り組み】,【職場環境の良・不良】,【教\n員としての成長・発達】,【キャリアに対する展望】の6 つのカテゴリからなり, 看護教員の職業\nキャリア成熟モデルと命名した. 看護教員の職業キャリア成熟には,
