と自己効力感の関連について検討した．\n　対象者は，外来血液透析療法を行っている患者595 名とした．基本属性，KDQOL－SF（腎疾\n患特異的尺度＋包括的尺度）とGSES（自己効力感尺度）を用いて調査し，検討した．調査期間\nは2015 年8 月～ 10 月であった．一元配置分散分析，χ ² 検定，重回帰分析，共分散分析にて検\n討した結果，透析歴によるGSES 得点，QOL 得点に有意な差はみられなかった．長期透析期に\nおいて，腎疾患による負担，腎疾患の日常生活への影響，精神的側面のQOL 得点は自己効力感\nが高いほど有意に高かった ．\n　よって，自己効力感を高める支援を行うことは，包括的にQOL
