名を対象として，そのQOL の実態を明らかにし，QOL\nに影響する要因について検討することを目的に質問紙調査を行った．調査内容は，基本属性，\nQOL（オストメイトQOL 調査票）とし，QOL の全ての項目に欠損値のない202 名について分\n析を行った．その結果，北陸地方在住のストーマ保有者のQOL は，粗点参考平均より「ストレス」，\n「支援体制」，「セルフエスティーム」，「セクシュアリティ」では有意に高く，「活動性」，「経済的\n側面」では有意に低かった．また，QOL に影響する要因は，年齢，性別，術後経過年数，漏れ\nの有無，皮膚障害の経験の有無であった．特に，皮膚障害の経験の有無はQOL の6 の下位尺度\nで有意差を認めたことから，ストーマ保有者のQOL
