Shulmanの教師知識に分類した。その結果,熟練教師が有し活用している教師知識は,量的にも質的にも初任教師に比べて差異が認められた。特に,熟練教師は教材化のための知識(PCK)を初任教師よりも多く有しており,より文脈に合わせて活用することができることが明らかとなった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"In this study, the authors examined teacher knowledge categorized by L. Shuman in home economics lessons by comparing the knowledge base of three experienced teachers and that of three novice teachers. With a lesson plan given by an elementary teacher, they observed her lesson through the video tape. After observing the lesson, they talked about the lesson. The authors analyzed their protocols and categorized them into Shulman's knowledge.\nFrom the results of the theoretical and empirical research, the authors identified that experienced teacher knowledge base differ considerably both in quality and quantity from that of novice teachers.
