Traceability"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2017-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"3","bibliographicPageEnd":"581","bibliographicPageStart":"551","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"62","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"富山大学紀要．富大経済論集"}]}]},"item_3_description_15":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"世界の人口は，2050年には90億人を超えると予想されている。人類が今まで経験したことのない急激な人口の増加とともに，地球温暖化による異常気象が世界各地で頻繁に起きている。また，毎年約6万平方キロメートルの規模で地球の砂漠化が進み，土壌劣化現象が起きている。このため，2050年には，世界の総人口を養うためには，食料の生産を2000年に比べ1.5倍以上に引き上げる必要があると予想されている。\nこのような将来の食料危機を打開するものとして，遺伝子組換え技術が注目を集めている。遺伝子組換え技術とは，植物に限らず，あらゆる生物の遺伝子を人為的に改変する技術であり，21世紀に入り急速に技術革新が行われた。特に，近時，予め狙った遺伝子を直接改変するゲノム編集技術が開発され，不確定要素が多く効率が悪かった従来の遺伝子組換え技術にも導入され，人類は，これら遺伝子改変技術により，植物だけでなく動物をも含む食料の増産及び安定供給を可能とする時代を迎えようとしている。\nしかし一方で，遺伝子組換え技術を使った作物（Genetically Modified Organisms/GMO）（遺伝子組換え食品も含む。以下「GMO」という。）が人体へ影響を及ぼす可能性があるのではないかという報告もなされ，GMOの安全性及び生物多様性についての懸念が表明されている。また，これらの報告を受け，消費者団体及び市民団体を中心にGMOの反対運動も行われている。各国のGMOに対する法規制は様々であり，特にフランスがGMOの栽培を禁止したように，EUでは規制を強化する傾向にある。しかし他方，米国はモンサント社をはじめとする種子ビジネスの巨大企業が，GMOを中心としたビジネスを世界各国で展開している。\nこのような中，わが国の食料自給率は40％以下と先進国の中では最も低く，多くの農作物を海外から輸入している。特に，米国産の遺伝子組換えトウモロコシや大豆を大量に輸入・消費しているため，わが国にとってもGMOの安全性に関して無関係ではない。\nGMOの賛否については，ややもすると感情論に走りがちな議論も散見されるが，本稿では，GMOが抱える法的問題，特に食物に対するGMOの表示制度を整理し，トレーサビリティの必要性の有無について，EU及び米国の法制度も踏まえながら，わが国の採るべき法規制の検討を行いたい。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"富山大学紀要．富大経済論集，第62巻第3号，2017.3，pp.
