富山大学人間発達科学研究実践総合センター紀要"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"選挙権年齢を「20歳以上」から「18歳以上」に引き下げる改正公選法が6月19日に施行され、国公私立の高校では主権者教育の実施率が94%に上った。特別支援学校においても主権者教育を模索しながら始めている。本研究では国立大学法人附属の知的障害特別支援学校を対象として主権者教育の現状と課題について調査を実施した。その結果、主権者教育を「行なっている」または「行う予定がある」学校を合わせると9割以上の学校が主権者教育の必要性を感じていることがうかがえる。具体的には「選挙の具体的な仕組み」や「模擬選挙などの実践的な学習活動」への取組が行われ、「実際の投票箱を選挙管理委員会から借用」するなどの工夫がなされている。課題としては、「知的障害者用の授業用テキスト・ビデオ・教材」の作成と充実、「保護者への啓発」「出前講座などの他機関との連携」「投票時の対応(社会への啓蒙)」などが示された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"教育実践研究
