University"}]}]},"item_3_description_15":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"現在日本は高齢化社会を迎えて疾病構造が大きく変わりつつある。最近でこそ病原性大腸菌O157の問題が浮上しているが，疾病全体から見ると従来の感染症は主要な疾患ではなくなり，これに替わって自己免疫疾患，悪性腫蕩，高齢に伴う退行性の心臓及び腎臓疾患，老年性痴呆，肝硬変などが治療の難しい疾病になってきている。このような疾病構造の変化は和漢薬方剤のニーズを徐々に増やしている。方剤の効果はそれを構成する生薬の品質の優劣に係わっているが，生薬は天然物に由来するため種々の品質のものが存在し，治療効果にばらつきを生じさせる原因になっている。その要因として，生薬名が同じでも基源が異なる物（異物同名品）が存在する，同属植物が使用される，その他産出地の違い，野生品と栽培品の違い，収穫時期，加工調製法，保存年数などが挙げられる。これらの内第一に解決すべき問題が生薬の基源に関するものである。基源を明らかにする方法には，生薬及び関連植物の組織形態を比較する方法（1:Anatomical method),成分組成を比較する方法（2:Chemotaxonomical method），及び近年著者らが研究を進めている分子生物学的手法を応用した方法（3:Molecular biological
