肺癌73， 胃癌1 5， 乳癌8 ， ほか9 ） ， 良性腫虜20例， 心血管疾患等28例， および健常者40例の計1 93例の血清をHPLC （ カラムTSKgelG2000sw ） を用いて分析し， retention time 34分において特徴ある低分子量物質（ 分子量6 , 000 ～ 8 , 000 ） を得た。本物質は従来腫虜マーカーとして見出されているCEA やAFP， および急性相蛋白と総称されている血清糖蛋白とは異なる新しい物質であって， 悪性腫傷群では， 他群，および健常者に較べて有意（ p < 0.001 ) に高値を示した。悪性腫蕩群での陽性率は70 . 4% で， とくに肺癌患者についてみた場合， 従来報告されている他の如何なる腫虜マーカーよりも高い鑑別能を示した。これは肺癌患者の患側気管支洗浄液のHPLC 測定によっても有意性（ p < 0.05 ） が裏付けられた。きらにRT34 分画上昇例ではPHA, Con A 等の細胞性免疫能の指標が低下していることも示され， RT34
