調査対象は国立大学病院の外来患者204名とした． 先行文献から検討を加え，外来患者の満足度を測るための質問項目原案を作成した． これらの調査結果から構成概念妥当性（因子的妥当性），弁別的妥当性の検討を行うと同時に信頼性を確認した．
