通用せず」などと，蓄積されていたはずの内容が「想定外」だと語られている点で特徴的である。\nそこで本研究では，防災・減災の実現のため，上記（1）から（4）の蓄積と（5）の「想定外」の語られ方の内容を整理し，惨事伝承の困難性，すなわち，「災害は忘れた時分にくる」（寺田寅彦のことばとされる）原因をリスクコミュニケーションの観点から考察する。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"The
