など）。しかし，西館・徳田・水野（2005）の調査によれば，子どもに目隠しをして歩かせるような障害疑似体験を行う，事前の打ち合わせを十分に行うことなく障害者に話をしてもらうなど，子どもの認識をゆがめてしまいかねない実践が散見される。教員の多くは，障害や障害理解教育について十分な知識を身につけているわけではないために，手探りで教育を行っている現状にあると言えよう。徳田（2005）は，障害理解とは「ノーマライゼーションの理念に基づく科学的認識の集大成」であると述べている。また，徳田（2015）は，障害理解は「する」「しない」というように，一元的に語られるものではなく，共生に向けてどの段階まで理解が進んだかが問われるべきであるとしている。子どもの認識をゆがめることなく，障害理解を進めていくために，まずは障害理解教育の内容や方法に関する効果の検証を重ねていく必要がある。また，それを基に障害理解の理論や教育のあり方などについて教員に情報提供を行ったり，教員と議論を深めたりする機会を設けることが必要である。加えて，そうした議論が効果的に交わされるためには，教員が障害理解教育について考えたり，参考にしたりできるような授業モデルが提示されるべきであろう。筆者らは視覚障害理解教育のモデルを作成するために，2012年から小学校１校において，1年に2コマずつ，3年間で計6コマの視覚障害理解教育を同じ対象に向けて実施してきた。対象が小学3年生の時には触察体験を通して，目が見えなくても多くの情報を得られることを，4年生の時には視覚障害者の日常生活を描いた紙芝居の読み聞かせを通して，視覚障害者が自分たちと同じように生活していることを，5年生の時には屋外を移動する際に視覚障害者が困ることと，それを解消するための工夫や対策を伝えてきた（西館・永田・石田・松井，2012；西館・阿久津・萩中，2014；西館・阿久津・鼎，2014）","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"教育実践研究
