年度より富山大学キャンパスクリーンチームを設立し、以降計画的に知的障害者を雇用することで、法定雇用率を達成している。本論では、設立から4 年を経た富山大学キャンパスクリーンチームに対し、富山県下の学外の就労関係機関がどのように認識しているか、またスタッフたちが自分たちの仕事をどのように認識しているかの両面について、それぞれ質問紙調査を実施した。その結果、知的障害者のみを雇用し、また1 年更新の3
