は、ファシリテータートレーニングが確立しており、欧米各地でファシリテーターの養成が実施されている。そこで、米国にてファシリテータートレーニングワークショップを体験調査するとともに、実際に地域で行われているSibshop の事例について取材し、ファシリテーターの果たす役割と求められる資質について検討した。その結果、Sibshop ファシリテーターに求められる3 つの役割と6 つの資質が考察された。また、今後、欧米とは異なる日本の特性に応じたSibshop
