A Study on Community Health Nursing Practice in University Curriculum : Through Practical Training Records, Self-evaluation and Questionnaire on Practice

保健婦活動の理論と基本技術を伝える効果的な教育方法を追求することを目的に, 平成9年度本学看護学科4年生67名の実習記録, 自己評価, 実習アンケートを資料に地域看護実習の量的・質的分析を行い, 以下の知見を得た.1)学生は体験したこと, 現象として見えることは理解できている.しかし, 保健事業や家庭訪問を地区活動の一方法として捉えることは難しい.2)地区把握実習が段階的な実習として位置づけられるよう, さらに実習方法・内容の工夫が必要である.3)地域保健法の全面施行に伴う新たな地域看護の現状を踏まえた上で, 実習目標をより明確にし, 実習方法・内容を検討する必要がある.4)実習指導者に対し, 大学課程における看護教育及び本学の実習目標・実習指導体制について理解と協力を得ていくことが大切である.5)短期間の実習をより効果的にするための実習体制づくり及び教育研究が重要である.
The aim of this study is to find the effective education method to teach principle and practice of community health nursing. We analyzed practical training records, self-evaluation and questionnaire on practice of 67 nursing students in 1997,from the point of quantitative and qualititative views. The results were as follows; 1. It was difficult for the students to think about public health activities and home visits as one branch of community activities. 2. It is necessary to review the methods and contents of the practical training pro-gram. 3. The aims of the practical training need to be clarified in the chaotic community health. The methods and details need to be re-examined based on the current situation. 4. It is important for leaders of the community practice to get an understanding and cooperation about our nursing education, the aims of practical training and the guidance structure in university curriculum. 5. We have to form a practical structure and to pursue educational studies for doing more effective practical training for a short period.
