The relative standard deviations of this method were less than 4.6% and 4.1% (n=5) for interday and intraday assays, respectively. A good linear correlation was obtained in a range of 0.1 (or 0.2) μg-1.2μg. The recoveries of antrodins A, B, C, D and E were 99.8, 102.9, 101.0, 100.5 and 99.9%, respectively.
