To use Fe in place of Ni as anti-cathode materials, the prevention of the gas evolution was tried by means of the cementation of Al or Ti into 0.02%C iron and 0.3%C steel, and the temperature-time-gas curves were observed. From the results of the experiment, the following conclusions were obtained: -- \nThe gas comes out from ordinary Fe is mostly CO, and this may be eliminated by the Al of Ti cementation. 内容記述 | One of the important problems for vacuum tube materials is the evolution of gas in the using time. To use Fe in place of Ni as anti-cathode materials, the prevention of the gas evolution was tried by means of the cementation of Al or Ti into 0.02%C iron and 0.3%C steel, and the temperature-time-gas curves were observed.
