The instruments used were Nurses\u0027 Job Satisfaction Scale, Opner Scale and Lonliness Scale. The scores of managers\u0027 group on soften factor of sub-concepts of opner were significantly higher than those in nurses\u0027 group, and the scores of pay, job status, and organizational reqirements in managers\u0027 group were signifcantly higher than those of nurses\u0027 group. Nurses\u0027 score of soften factor was positively correlated with those of the interaction of the sub-concepts of the job satisfaction scale. The scores of soften factor in the group of diploma school was significantly correlated with those of job status. The total scores of opner in group under 3 years on nursing experience showed positively correlated with those of job status. The total scores of nurses\u0027 opner in unmarried group was significantly correlated with those of job status. On the other hand, the scores of loneliness in married nurses showed a negative correlation with those of job status.
