Quantitative determination of Sugars by paper-Chromatography

We measured the Rf values of the Glucose, Fructose, Maltose, Lactose and Sucrose by paper-chromatography. The quantity of the Sugars on the filter paper has been determined by means of A photo-electric-Calorimetry, the accuracy being about 95% of the theoretical value.
